Was there last week. They never said anything about taking my “loyalty points” if I didn’t use them. But. They took em. Said they have a new program but failed to honor the so called loyalty points I’ve already earned so who doesn’t see where this is going. Yes. 1 star and I will never buy anything from zenleaf ever again. Adios

sterile but weird, not in a good way. security everywhere politely directing you where to go before you even pull in the lot. felt busy even though not that occupied. I know this is all just the design and security but the staff didn't notice I was medical so I had to ask about the tax which was higher than actual charge. I want people/staff who are actually interactive and caring not just going through the motions like an assembly line. I truly think they tried very hard to have the opposite but with all involved especially location it makes me anxious to be there.

They give you a number when you check in. That’s what you are. A number. Omar needs an attitude check. Maybe this is it.

I told Omar in a normal voice with zero name calling or profanity so I’m confused as to why he threatened to call security and throw me out. He is rude. I told him so. Go here regularly. They do a good job of offering new brands and strains while keeping the top shelf stuff on deck always. Cheaper does not mean better.
