Best deals, best selection, and best staff. I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. I had an issue this morning that was definitely my fault after talking with Andy the manager and the dude still took care of me and I walked out happy and not before making another purchase. Thanks for constantly doing 30% sales, eff the tax on cannabis in the state….you guys kill thank you

I was insulted on my first visit to their new location. It was by a separate cashier than the one that was checking me out. This cashier felt the need to aggressively argue and yell at a medical cannabis patient who they weren’t even helping, to the point where I was insulted by this cashier and called a fool. Then I was accosted by the management and had my issues left complete unheard, and was threatened with police action and 86’d from the location. They wouldn’t give me any of their names or who their bosses were. I have video of the incident and I am incredibly upset that your company would treat a medical patient with severe PTSD who cannot be attacked by multiple people verbally or approached by a large group of people because they feel threatened and will fight back. Why would you allow this to happen. I purchased up too 400$ of cannabis a week to fight my symptoms and this is how you guys help me!?!?

After a terrible experience at your Tropicana location, before giving up, I went to your South Rainbow location. I was flustered and upset. Thinking I was going to have to find a better and more affordable brand than DGF......which in this town will be tuff, I was immediately welcome by the most friendly and accommodating security and front door greater. These two stepped up where the first location left off and really saved my night. I am medical and industry and I was in need of my medicine and I am so glad I do t have to give up on Essence, just the Tropicana location.

Would not accommodate my girlfriend and myself in any way. I am industry and medical and buy an ounce from this location every pay day. They couldn’t figure out a way to help me be able to communicate, to my girlfriend, in any way, to help make suggestions for her to buy product from them. Not if I was social distanced within the location, nothing. Last time I was in the location, it took two front desk ladies and the assistant manager to follow rules regarding the states reciprocity rules regarding out of state medical cards.......the manager was as pleasant as he could be and ended up helping me. Get better people who are willing to help as well as follow state law and regulations.
