I live 25 miles away so I only go to this area for orders I place online. Last week when I got home I realized that my order was wrong so the next day I had to drive back 25 miles to exchange my order to what I actually ordered. When I returned my order I noticed there was an extra $2 added to my bill with no explanation. I asked the girl about it and she said it was a fee for online and pick up orders and I don't recall reading that anywhere on their site. After all of this they offered me nothing for my inconvenience and gas. There's other places to go in that same area, that's where I'll be going Katlyn made everything good, I will be going back

I really like this place, friendly staff, I didn't feel rushed and different options than the other places. This is my new place.

I was hoping to go in but they're still working on it, but the curbside service was fast and easy! Cloud is now open inside! Very friendly staff!
