Friday was the 1st time I visited this shop and was extremely impressed by everything! From stepping into the shop, I was met with a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Automatically was greeted by both Budtenders who were spot on with their knowledge and enthusiasm for the products that they carry. Actually they asked me questions about what I was looking for and made suggestions for products that would meet my needs. I left with knowledge and 3 different strains that are all fabulous smoke with each one a little different from each other. Definitely will be a returning client!

Looked at Weedmaps this morning & found this place. 1st time Client & was pleasantly pleased at first. Landon was our Bud Tender, he has excellent Customer Service skills & seems to be very knowledgeable about all the products. Landon took his time, showing Us several different stains until I chose 2 different flowers. Landon had part of my order weighed out, 1/2 ounce, & was starting to weigh out my other choice, a full ounce, when the Guy with the Tats rolled in behind 2 customers. He spoke with the 2 customers & the next thing he told Landon that the other 2 people were in a hurry and told Landon what their order was. I looked at Landon, who seemed surprised by what was just told to him & said to go ahead & help them, we’re in no hurry. Apparently, our comments were overheard and Landon was told to go ahead and finish up with my order. Very strange reception & kinda felt like we were getting the Bums Rush. Prices & weed are okay but I tend to go where my business is wanted.

Once upon a time ago when I received my medical marijuana license, Koli was the first place I went. I have tried different dispensary’s all over Oklahoma and Koli Cannabis West is still the very BEST! Excellent Customer Service and the Best Quality Product in the industry.

I just received my card today and after looking at different Dispensary on Weedmaps, I chose this shop & I am so glad that I did! The shop is extremely bright & clean, displays are well laid out with plenty of items to purchase. The Staff is absolutely delightful! Extremely knowledgeable and versed in what they sell while patiently answering tons of questions. The flower that I purchased was not only eye appealing but intoxicatingly fragrant. The prices are very affordable on the pipes as well as the rest of the products. Needless to say, I will definitely be a return shopper!
