Great spot, great delivery, great prices

Great selection of concentrates, good brands, good prices. Delivery tracking, discreet arrival, great customer service. I’ll be back.

I appreciate the service they provide, but their commitment to customer service sucks. There’s always a wait, in what seems to be an inefficient check in system, while employees roam the store you wait. Once inside the flower display is a major disappointment as you will seldom get what you see on display. No respect for concentrates. Their process is to look at an outdated 4 sheets of paper with names of concentrate and prices. Nothing more. After you take the time to pick a few, they take a lot of time to run around the store and tell you sorry it’s not available. They do not know what product is or isn’t available. Also, my bud tender needed approval from some other disinterested employee to get a certain concentrate I wanted. This took another 5 minutes. Their debit card payment system sucks, will decline you most often and have you use the atm instead. They’re point reward system is a secret unless you ask, every single time. And making confirm a text to use my rewards is another waste of time, for me. The other dispensary in town is a little better. I suppose if there was more competition in town this place would clean up their procedures. Right now they suck.
