I am a disabled healthcare provider and I did a lot of research prior to selecting REN Health, so I am very picky and know what it is like on both sides of the stethoscope and exam table. The staff is very professional, knowledgable, compassionate, and has excellent communication skills. The facility is very easy to find, clean, and inviting. I was looking for an alternative treatment but have many other medical problems and Dr. Bibikau was well prepared to discuss them at the time of my visit, which I can say from experience in visiting many providers, most providers are not familiar with your history or medical records prior to your evaluation. He was very attentive and helped alleviate any anxiety I had since medical cannabis was new to me. Aleks, the Office Manager, got an appointment for me very quickly and explained the process for their facility and how the State MM program works. She told me what documents I would need to bring (or upload to their server or fax), and I completed the new patient paperwork online to expedite things. The process was very easy. Aleks was available by phone or email to answer any questions I had. At the time of my visit, there was no wait and they were prepared for me. Dr. Bibikau reviewed my history, asked numerous questions, asked my goals, taught me many things about medical cannabis and gave me recommendations as to the types of products and strains that would be best for my medical conditions that we are treating. Dr. B. is a medical physician, and believes in educating his patients on medical cannabis to better improve their treatment and care, and I agree since I knew little about it and it can be overwhelming, but I felt much relieved after leaving the office and even more so after a week later when they emailed me more information for education and references. My appointment went very smoothly and it far surpassed my expectations. I wasn’t rushed out the door like most healthcare providers do these days but instead was given plenty of time for all my questions to be addressed. I commend REN Health on the care they provide to their patients in helping those in need of an alternative treatment. We need more people like this in the world. I highly recommend REN Health to anyone interested in this type of treatment.
