We're very sorry to hear you've had a poor experience with us! On a very rare occcasion, we are unable to hear the entry bell when we are hard at work in the back. We're also slightly curious how you were unable to come in? You're no longer required to check in at the window to enter. When the laws changed, we removed the entry hall to open up the store and make our customers feel more welcome several months ago.
