Just the thought of this occurring turns my stomach so please try to accept my apology. Please return it for a full refund or exchange. I have no idea how this situation could’ve occurred as at least two sets of eyes view each cart before they are packaged. Each of our carts have a rubber mouthpiece for added safety. Please believe me when I say that I would let go of the workers that overlooked a “used” vape and let it be sold. We have learned from this experience and will implement opening all cart boxes for patients to view them before leaving with them. I sincerely am embarrassed that you had this type of experience at our dispensary, we hope to earn another chance to help with some of your medical needs as that is not reflective of the care you will come to receive.
