Terrible service. They thought ice was trying to scam them when I had sent them money made me wait 2 1/2 hours after telling me they would be here in 15 minutes and then when the driver showed up so that they sent the payment even though I sent it the 2 1/2 hours prior, the proceeded to treat me terribly with terrible customer service and attempt to take my money and not give me any of the product also said they would give me two pre-rolls too make up for their terrible service and then never ended up giving me them either. Terrible service.

They wait and bait. They say they have the product and they have you wait for an hour to two hours and come with no product. Trying to sell you something different. Wait for nothing and no remorse for your time. This happened four times already. Very poor business ethics and service. Do not recommend. Other company’s on weed maps have better deals and better service. Will be lodging a formal complaint with Weedmaps. Did not receive the order and they play it off as you called it off when they have you wait and bait to sale on off brand item.

Driver seemed unaware of what was going on. Not prepared when trying to fix an order total Amount.
