I went upstairs and stood in line, got through to the woman behind the counter in the white shirt with the dark brownish hair that was about shoulder length. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she really doesn't have much personality. Maybe she is Kirsten Stewarts sister, who knows, but you don't treat patients that way. First and for most remember that we are our patients. We sometimes have questions about product, and when we do, it is crucial to us that you are friendly and answer them to the best of your knowledge or get someone who can answer them. She did not care to answer my questions at all, instead she got huffy when I realized that I made a mistake when ordering a high CBD because I already have enough of that strain at home, and then really might as well have just glared me out of the place. That is how I felt. I felt as if I was an inconvenience to the budtender behind the counter. I asked her about edibles, she told me I should just get the brownie here and I asked for two of them and two cookies. She was huffy about that. She then told me I had 10.00 in credits, at least I got to use them. I do not know what is going on here, but that is a Long drive for me to make and I always drop at least 100 each time I drive over. I think we are done now. I really do not appreciate the way I was treated here tonight at all. Let me also state that your girls downstairs that took my ID and info were amazing and kind and friendly. The only issue I had was with the girl upstairs and the fact that my product weighted light when I got it home and weighed it. How many people don't do that though or just don't even look when its weighed out? I would suggest you all start.
