Worst first experience ever! Upon entering, the staff appeared to be more consumed with their conversation. Once acknowledged, the employee acted as though he were being inconvenienced by having to assist a paying customer. When I attempted to raise the issue with the "manager," he immaturely and arrogantly dismissed my concern, causing me to walk out and go elsewhere. There are far too many places one can patronize that understand customs pay the bills. No one should pay to be treated poorly. I have visited the Koreatown location and had quite the opposite experience.

Exceptional customer service with great discounts for first time customers. Their daily deals and promotions are competitive and on par with higher caliber dispensaries.

They have the best prices on many products.

Very disappointed. First-time customers who were not given the first-time discount. While we appreciate the Latino employee who tried to give us the discount, we don't appreciate the assistant manager overruling what the employee knew to be true. I would strongly advise that you honor your policies regardless of a customer's perceived income status. We will not be back, but if you do go, make sure they honor their discount.

If you are a person who enjoys a body/relaxing high, DO NOT try this strain. It's not indica dominant and gave me an immediate headache once I tried it. Unfortunately, I took a budtender's recommendation and wasted $35, which is why I felt it was necessary to warn those who prefer straight indicas.
