Thanks to this review, though, we managed to get our inspector to reach out to the MMCC and lift the instructions we had been told to follow. We had originally been told by our inspector that we MUST adhere to the MMCC database when sending out deliveries, but our new inspector said the wording was open to interpretation. We informed him that other delivery services are now going outside of that, and he checked it out. As a result, we are now officially able to deliver outside of the database! I understand any hesitation to give us another go based on your last experience, but, if you're open to it, I truly believe we can show you that we're a dispensary and service worth going through. Hi Liz! We are an independent dispensary at the mercy of the cultivators that are licensed in the state. When there is a shortage, we are affected the hardest as most of our state's cultivators, are vertically integrated themselves. Since your review, the supply in MD has increased significantly, and in turn, so has our availability. Also, we have been working to create the necessary relationships to ensure we are not left out on the sidelines even when a shortage does present itself again.
