My bf and I went to phenos around 10:30 this morning on July 5th, the day after FOuRTH of JULY and the bud tender that was helping us today told us about an event that was happening later that day. We were super pumped about going and heading back to phenos later today to check it out. We got in line and this clerk up front with brown hair told my bf that’s a VETERAN that he couldn’t go in not even to see the event because he already purchased earlier this morning. She suggested he wait in the lobby while I go in to check out the event. I wouldn’t leave my bf out there while I go in and we left and didn’t want to cause more of a seen like she already did since she was holding up the huge line and not giving us a break or anything since we go there 3-4 times a week. My bf already has anxiety as it is so that’s so disrespectful and unprofessional that anyone would turn down a veteran. We would not go back again. Dissatisfied
