Purchased an item under the assumption that they were giving me the proper advice on blunt wrapped pre-roll that it was in nicotine. When I got to the car after further review I realized it was indeed a hemp wrap so I presumed I could easily return the item and exchange it because it wasn’t opened but they decided to tell me “no sorry I can’t help you” 😐. to future customers remember there policy because it’s foreign to me. not a recommendable place. Today is Wednesday, November 13th the first time I visited Nug Wellness and was blown away with there vast knowledge and extremely helpful staff that threat you to an amazing cannabis club. I would highly recommend for first time or for experienced smokers.
