I had an order that was mistakenly canceled and when I called to see what happened I spoke with Mo who apologized profusely and ensured that I was taken care of by expediting my order and personally delivering it herself. She even threw in some extras for the inconvenience. That level of care goes a long way with me and I’m more than happy to continue to use Plant Galaxy as my preferred vendor.
