Driver showed up at 1am HOURS after i ordered when you call the number it goes straight to a recording saying no voicemail set up nothing is labeled im not even sure if this is a legitimate delivery service the dilevery guy was smoking a joint at my front door when I answered it as well I definitely will not order from here again

Placed an order was called almost 40 minutes later to tell me their driver went home and would now have to wait untill after 930 pm to receive my order

If you live in Chico don't bother with them you call to place an order they leave you on hold for ten minutes then place you on hold again then after they take your order they inform you they don't do same day delivery horrible customer service and the staff is just rude

If you live in Chico they will only do preorders for the next day delivery but they don't tell you ahead of time have to go through the whole registering process place your order and wait a while for a call that says we can only deliver to you after 12 pm the next day

Michala helped me complete my order for a deal I wanted but they didn't have an item for she worked with me to find a substitution that would work for myself and them. Made the ordering experience as easy as possible

told me my order was on my way then cancelled. but waited to tell me till after 10 pm so I couldn't even order anywhere else and said it could only be delivered now if I spent more than 250 dollars. communication zero and professionalism does not exist here
