Being unfamiliar with Trulieve and their products I was unsure of what to get. Tommy introduced himself to me in the lobby and asked if I had any questions; he then preceded to answer my MANY questions and did it happily! He was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and tremendously helpful. Great experience!
