Horrible with communication when you request delivery. I placed an order with them around 1:30pm. Had delivery time of 3pm to 5pm. It showed that my order was received and being packed. 5:15pm came and my order still has not arrived. It still showed it was being packed. I called to inquire and they told me that it was out for delivery but the driver car broke down. So 1, the info showing it was being packed was never updated, 2 it never showed it was out for delivery, and 3 they never let me know that it can't be delivered cause the driver car broke down. Now what if I had never called? I'd still be sitting and waiting on my delivery that clearly was never coming! Smh 😡
