first time ordering from greenway and based on this experience will order from them again. they were responsive to texts, i got my order in less than two hours, they driver was very nice, and they got everything in my order correct. thanks!

first time ordering from frost and i was surprised by the lack of communication and details during the delivery process, seemed kinda unprofessional. i placed my order, and instead of receiving the expected confirmation of my info and order total and a photo of the order contents, i received a text with just an eta and welcoming a tip. i asked if they'd confirm my order and they just replied "coming." then another eta. i explained i've never had a delivery en route without any sort of confirmation from the dispensary, he replied with my info and order total but at this point he was practically at my house and never confirmed the contents of my order. once he was here i was able to hurriedly count the number of cartridge boxes and confirm the quantity was correct, but when i double-checked the strains today i discovered that, sure enough, a cart i'd ordered was missing and another i hadn't ordered was in its place. and no one's responded to my texts reporting the error. (¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

really liked this little battery at first, but even though i've only lightly used it over the past several weeks (because i have a lot of batteries in circulation) i discovered today that it already no longer hits, very disappointing. charges fine, lights up green when drawing on any cart, but there's zero vapor, i can't get a hit out of any cart with this practically new battery. (the same carts work fine with other batteries.) customer support is useless because you have to report any issues within 24 hours of purchase (seriously?) and they generally foist you off on place of purchase anyway. so i guess this is garbage like some years-old battery despite being nearly new. i'd recommend o.pen batteries instead, they offer a lifetime warranty so when i had an issue with one battery they sent a replacement for free right away, and when i had an issue with a charger they promptly replaced that too, just a fantastic warranty/customer service policy.
