Consistently the worst customer service and the longest waits. The lady that answers the phone is always in such a bad mood and has such a bad attitude. Got a question or want an ETA? -rude asf when they answer the phone. THEY forget something in your order? -they act like it’s your fault. On top of the fake coupons you can’t ever apply just like their sister company Frost. Honestly I’d just order from somewhere else if I were you. To sunset/frost: It costs nothing to be kind.

Been ordering for a while and they haven’t once honored their own coupon codes. I know you see them available but they won’t actually discount your order at all. Other than that, they have decent prices and decent products most of the time.

Today was my first visit and I was blown away! They have soooo much stuff I honestly have never seen a dispensary with so many choices before! My budtenders name was Sophie (I think) and she was so sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me find exactly what I needed and still kept me under budget! The prices are probably the best in the area too tbh. New go to for suuure. Keep it up, guys! You’re doing great!
