Ordered at 5:10pm on Friday get a call after 7 saying there is a delay in delivery but it would be delivered that night. It was never delivered called this morning and informed the shop I never received my order. They said sorry and that they would cancel my order. An hour later I get a text saying my delivery was completed. Which it wasn’t. I called back they said we will refund myaccount in 2 business days. I’m a repeat customer and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with planet galaxy.
