I sat there in my car waiting for 45 minutes while cars that showed up 15 minutes after me were getting served first. I called the dispensary to let them know and they told me they would send someone out. 20 minutes later they walk up to the car next to me that just pulled up and served them. I tried to talk to them as they walk by and every time the guy specifically ignored me. Absolutely horrible experience. My family was waiting for me at a restaurant and I couldn’t even make it there because of how long I had to wait after being skipped in line constantly

Can’t beat their delivery service. They always let you use the daily deals even for next day delivery. Tico was a big help and hooked me up with 2 one cent promotions I wasn’t aware that were going on

They had it labeled online that all Concentrates and edibles were 25% off for 7/10. I drove over an hour to get there just to be told that the RSO was not included. How does RSO not fall into the category of a concentrate or a edible. I could have gone to a dispensary much closer and got a better deal today

In my 3 years of having a medical card in Maryland and out of the 35 dispensary’s I’ve been to over the years in our state. I must say they have the nicest staff I have yet to meet. They were very welcoming and wanted to help anyone they possibly could. Their waiting room is full of free brochures, magazines & medical cannabis information. They even offer free consultations with their doctor during the day for patients who are new to medical cannabis or just want to learn. I want to thank the women at the front desk and Lance for being so welcoming. I highly recommend anyone wanting to learn about medical cannabis or who would like to visit a dispensary where they feel very welcomed and never rushed to come check out KIP

All the bud tenders and everyone one else I talked to here were extremely nice and polite. They even have the nicest selection of glass I have yet to see in a dispensary. With that being said the only reason I am leaving a 1 star review is because of the receptionist who was rude. I called and asked her literally 4 times if everything on the menu was 25% off for their sale and she responded multiple times saying the sale is for everything listed on the menu. Once I got in the back room I was told the item I wanted was already listed on sale and the discount couldn’t be used. I made sure I asked several times on the phone because I did not want to drive all the way there and have to go inside the store since I am a very high risk for COVID-19 with all the immunosuppressive drugs and steroids I have been on to treat my Crohn’s disease because of this I normally wait for a good sale and buy my whole allotment at once. I told the receptions as I left and she just gave me a shitty look and

Always my favorite bud tender here. Zack is always very polite, courteous and never rushes you out the door like a lot of bud tenders do. Which can be very stressful for patients who have bad anxiety. If I got to choose Zack would always be my bud tender when I came to this dispensary.

Trilogy Wellness always has great deals and a very friendly staff.
