Charges for zelle, drivers eta is never available until 5-10 minutes before arrival, does not let you know there are charges for cashless payments, drivers cannot wait but expect you to wait for over 2 hours, no one picks up the phone number we're supposed to call. This type of behavior is why this business contributes to the bad stigma of dispensaries and deliveries. It is the clientele that will give you money, and we are also taking a chance on the product being bad; so is there really a necessity to have poor customer service? Paypal, zelle, venmo, and cashapp, are all free money transfer services;only paypal will charge the vendor a processing fee; unless it is sent as friends and family. Please stop thinking because people smoke weed they are also unsavvy of their tech and finances. We work for this money, it is not owed to you or deserved for simply existing.
