what can I say , it's absolutely amazing, if you haven't been you need to come visit this shop, I love gelato's product, orange county needs to carry gelato's products all the time . you can't go wrong with anything from here , and the setup is legit like a grown up candy store 🥰🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳. don't miss out. so so, went in today, pretty cool shop , but not liking that there no first time customer deal an less you buy a a certain brand, not liking that but the shop is cool .

came in today for some flower , I think some stuff should be checked , got some stuff that had a package date of being packed 07/2022 and we are in April 2023 , needless to say that stuff was so dry and almost like dust when it broke up, pretty sad 😢 and a little waste of my money .

first time to.this shop after months of looking at the menu. I will say if your debating to visit or not ITS A MUST VISIT SHOP!!! I'm very picky with my shops and products and this shop with the amazing good vibes and how well put together and the self interacting system you can look up a product you see and get information on it. this shop is in my top 5. I will return fo sho.

so normally I would give him five stars but not today today the customer service sucked after I had to go back in , I purchased some things and one of the things was incorrect, I didnt notice until I got to my car, not the girls fault at all, so i call as in still in the parking lot, the receptionist could have placed me on hold while she was helping the two gentlemen that were standing in front of her instead I got confused as who she was talking to. then to exchange my item, I explained to the next girl helping me but at this point they weren't listening to what I was saying, then to feel the eyes for the back office as if I was in the wrong for asking to exchange my item. feeling some type away dont think I'll be back.

I've been here a few times, I did have an issue on my 2nd visit, but the manager did fix for me, and other then that it's a pretty cool shop . always a discount, so that helps a little with the tax. 💚
