Good prices, Caleb was a huge help

I placed my order on 4/20 without realizing the day, which I'll own is my own mistake. However, shortly after placing my order they called me to confirm that I was paying with cash and intended to order, and agreed to schedule the delivery for later in the day when I was off work. Hours went by, no notice, nothing. Finally 3 hours past the scheduled time we discussed we finally called, and over the phone they told us that they were not offering delivery because of the day; totally understandable, but if you have CONFIRMED my delivery, the least you can do is notify me that you have cancelled. I have had great experiences with this dispensary in the past, but this experience makes me hesitant to order again.
