Usually always come in dripping over $150+ . Service horrible. Came in for hash holes , & the uneducated Patricia didn’t know what hash holes are til we pointed it out . No enthusiasm in her job nor knowledge. Irritated of service just asked how many strains of hash holes she said 5 and then said 6. Said okay give me every strain except styrofoam. She rang me out (3) PR. Of course im mad . She is laughin saying whats your problem im giving u a refund and as the manager on duty (the im on my lunch rn) backing her up saying why we being difficult ? Well,why dont train your staff right. No management material at all. Didnt even know how to approach the situation. Tried to take over while the budtender patricia continued the return. She was laughing during the whole situation. That is shitty service with a crappy crew. Peace out guess yall dont need my money ✌🏻 only savior in this shop is cassandra and jhunitk.
