I have much better sleep. I do not wake up groggy! I fall asleep feeling tired, not necessarily heavy or immobile. Just a good nights rest! I naturally wake up around 5am and feel good when I wake up.

Just felt like a great buzz. Like i had a couple drinks without the calories! My favorite go to for just chillin. I don’t feel tired but really relaxed and like I am floating but can still function and participate in activities
