Just curious. But, what is the point of ordering online if I have to wait for my order to be put together once I arrive to pick up my order? I submitted my last order over an hour ahead. But, once I arrived I had to wait an extra 20 minutes so they could put my order together. Is that standard operating procedure? Again, just curious. Going forward I will just walk in.

Ordered on line through WM. Drove from Livonia because I wanted to do business with OZ (was my first dispensary). Got there to pick up my order and was told to check in & wait my turn. 🤷🏼‍♂️ The point was not to have to wait!!! Not to mention that waiting room was full of people. Waited 25 minutes then joined others in walking out. Took my business down the road. So long OZ. I remember when you were the place to go. Very disappointed.
