On 1/26/2026 at the Casa Grande Trulieve location, a manager publicly criticized me and my daughter for making product exchanges after I raised legitimate concerns about product quality and labeling. While the staff initially assisted me professionally, the interaction escalated publicly and was unprofessional, causing a scene in front of other customers. I have submitted a formal complaint to ADHS and the Arizona Attorney General for review.
