I pre-ordered to try to make it easier on everyone - big mistake. I never got confirmed my order was ready after 7 hours so I stopped out. There was a line as expected so I asked if they have my order. She checked and said yes so I got in line. After waiting a half hour outside; lhey let us inside to wait in another line. At the same time walk-ins came in but with 5 registers open only one was designated for online orders. We watched people who walked in walk out with their purchases while we all continued to wait. We suggested they open up two registers for us since the preorder line was twice as long as the walk-in. After waiting ANOTHER hour inside just to check out they didn't have all the things I did order (which is fine - I figured I might not get everything) The bill was less than the quoted price (again not odd) but once I got home I realized they didn't give me the 25% discount. I wasted nearly 2 hours for nothing. Double check your bill & purchases before you leave.
