Im sorry you didn't like the incense we had burning. A very sweet patient of our gave those to us and we lit one. We don't normally have that sort of thing burning but we were being nice to the patient who brought them to us. In order to scan someone into our system, you must have a current state id. Im sorry that we could'mt accept your id. I am not aware how everyone else is handling that problem, however I know that with our system you must have that current id. The tag office 2 blocks away has never been closed during the pandemic. I was able to renew mine with no problem. I hope this explains why you were not allowed in. Thank you Ashley (Manager)
