Firstly, I placed an order for them to deliver to my house 10 minutes after placing it. They called me, informing me that the product was out of stock and suggesting I get something else. I informed the person on the phone which product I wanted. He promised to inform the driver in an hour and 30 minutes, but I’m still waiting for the product. I called them again, and a lady answered. I informed her about the estimated time of arrival for the driver. She then informed me that the order had been rescheduled for tomorrow morning. Additionally, I want to point out that the person on the phone didn’t bother to check whether the product was distillate or rosin. I asked the gentleman to double-check if it was live rosin, but he simply replied that it only says “fire OG.” I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall experience and the product is overpriced as well.
