Wanted to say thank you again to the crew who worked on Mon. Aug. 5th! From the security, to the receptionist, to the bud tenders, they were all super friendly, helpful. I had another order, but when I went to pick it up, the clinic that says it's open until 10 pm, was closed at 9:15. So you all made my night go from a disaster to O Thank God! So thank you so much for coming through and being so nice and welcoming.

When it comes to my weed, I'm an indica girl all the way! But I tried Tropicana (a beautiful sativa) this evening, and all I can say is WOW! It's got a nice citrus/flowery and a bit of a cheesy smell to it and the taste matches the smell 100%! My mind has been blown, and I'm surprised that I'm actually saying " I really like this Sativa!" You'll definitely be hearing from me again Crafted 7! Thanks again!

I have worked customer service for over 15 years and to say I had an awesome experience with On Deck tonight would be an understatement! Thanks to Melissa for going above and beyond for me tonight. Not knowing my order was just slightly under the minimum, she reached out to me to ask if I would like to add anything. unfortunately I was at work and didn't respond in time and they had to cancel my order. She told me to let her know if I reorder with them and she would take care of me. Well before I could message her about my reorder, she messaged me! Again I was slightly under the minimum and she asked if I would like to add another pre roll, which of course I said yes to! Y'all better give that woman a raise cause she deserves it tenfold! couldn't keep it lit, not a fan of this packing style. You have to hit it as if it were a cigarette or it won't stay lit, and if you don't know this lighting it...
