I received all the items I purchased except I found it quite strange and redundant to provide my id to the app, then a separate selfie holding the id via text, and then again for a third time for them to take a picture of at arrival. I don’t know the purpose of this and seems unnecessary. On top of that, the app states credit card is accepted so I choose that option but then the delivery guy says only debit card. I tipped 15% only to be informed after the fact that there is some sort of extra debit card charge? From $67 plus $10 tip ended up being $84… I don’t appreciate surprise fees and being uninformed so I will not be purchasing from here again.
