I am a frequent buyer, I have never had any issues until tonight. I ordered an item that seems to be frequently unavailable so I wasn't surprised when I got a call to say it wasn't in stock. I go to look at my updated order and notice two items showing as missing so I called back and was told that my driver was already on the way, someone made a mistake. Not even ten minutes later I get a new ETA that my order would be delayed another hour (2 hours total) at this point, I was getting annoyed and expressed this in my text. Whomever was texting told me my item had been swapped out for the original I ordered since the drivers were switched. Great. Driver comes at new ETA, polite guy, however he didn't offer back the change I had, and this isn't the first time that's happened, I just chose not to say anything, as 2-3$ isn't a huge loss but on top of everything tonight, I was a bit annoyed because this wasn't worth a tip, sorry. The final disappointment tonight was, after being told my replacement was swapped back for the original, I still come to find that the item in the bag was NOT the ordered item and indeed an error on the packers part.
