I just called at 8:15 pm this evening to talk to someone about items missing from my order. The incredibly rude man I spoke to on the phone refused to take a message, get my information, or do anything whatsoever. He hung up on me after I asked his name and then refused to answer the phone. This is the second time this store has sold me an order that was missing items. They are either wildly incompetent or trying to intentionally steal from customers. There are dozens of stores within driving distance of this one, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this one or any store affiliated with them. I caution anyone looking for a reliable store who they can trust. If this is how they treat their customers, how can we trust that the items are what they say they are?
