Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad you've had a good experience with our staff. Our wait times have gone down since May and the addition of our Fast Track line. I'm not sure if you've tried it yet, but the Fast Track line has helped patients who know precisely what they want and don't need to speak with a PCC get in and out more quickly. This line has also helped reduce the wait time for the regular line. We are in the process of making a new online system for Fast Track as well to make an even smoother experience for everyone.
