OG NATION RETURN POLICY RETURN POLICY All sales are final No exchanges will be honored unless items are deemed defective by the management of the store in which the product was purchased. The defective item must be returned in its original packaging and within the 7 day window. If an item is deemed defective it will be exchanged for a replacement item of equal value, from the original brand, and product type purchased. Products with no original packaging will not be accepted as a return. All Puff Co. product returns must go through Puff Co. Bonafide is not responsible for defective Puff Co. products. The only exception regarding exchanges for non defective items is if an item is purchased, has not yet left the sales floor and the item has not been opened and is fully sealed. Only an even exchange can be made, no refunds or returns are accepted. All purchases made via delivery must be returned in person with receipt and original packaging, no exceptions.
