Why does your website say up to 3 hours on all online orders when my order today was canceled after 30 minutes. I called to ask why, and was told by the person who answered that "It's only 30 minutes, and its always been 30 minutes" Which is wrong, I've always placed online orders before leaving work and heading here ( I work in Newport Beach ) If this is the fake policy they're adhering to out of pure laziness than I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Go here a lot but today was disappointed to be skipped 3 times even after being asked If I was helped already when I had an online order. Numerous signs in store say skip the line with online order only to be ignored after while the line was helped and I stood there waiting. Sad to see the quality of the location going down. Might have to start going elsewhere to a place that honors their own policies. I’ve spent a lot of money here only to be ignored. Savanah needs to be retrained. New guy with the long hair and tattoos was nice and apologetic but Savanah was rude and ghetto. Bring back Dave and Kevin.

Every time I come here I am greeted with smiles and hearty hellos. Be it from the security, to the bud tenders. I almost always happen to run into Dave while I'm there. He's a great guy with awesome knowledge on the products they offer. He really makes you feel like you're making the right choice with the flower you're buying, and if he feels like there's a better option out there for what you're looking for, he never hesitates to let you know! As a retail manager it is very refreshing to see this companies associates take their customers happiness into account. I will always be returning to this specific location as long as you guys keep that Autumn Brands coming :)
