I have been to Kind Goods in fenton and Manchester and I’ve had nothing but bad experiences BUT because I’m cheap. I keep going back because they have the best prices in the area. Lord has amazing staff, but Emily stands out above the rest. She went out of her way to make sure, my order was right because of me having troubles with the other kind location Soulard is a bit of a drive for me, but it’s well worth it to be treated so kind pun intended

i have had lots of trouble at the fenton store it’s another 10 minutes to drive to manchester but so worth it! staff is knowledgeable and friendly!

the lady at the door didn’t ask if i had my medical card told me to wait in line. ok no biggie. i’ll wait for $70 oz! got the order confirmation and pick up confirmation also (2 different messages) drive to fenton and they said they don’t have what i ordered and they’ve never had it? how did i order it and get confirmation then? they need a better system. at least star buds calls you if they don’t have something.
