The title really sums it up. It is unfortunate because this place could be great but it seems like the management would rather be combative then actually listen and take peoples reviews into consideration. I hope things change for the better

They consistently have the best deals around and the budtenders and staff are always super nice. Patrick has been my budtender a couple of times and is always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products!

Super friendly budtenders and always a nice selection of everything. Only problem is everything seems to be between $5-15 above market value. It’s hard to justify going there and spending $10 more on every 1/8. And they just raised the concentrate prices last week. $60 for shatter ? Cmon guys ..

I thought I would try this place out again, despite having an unpleasant first visit and its mixed reviews all complaining about the exact same things that I had problems with personally. Nice front desk person but had a very bad experience with some of the staff in the back. They seemed like they were managers or shift leads. Extremely rude and unprofessional, at least in my experience :/

This place always has a great selection of everything , and they’re very helpful as far as letting you know exactly what’s in stock if you call. Also Noel and the rest of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about cannabis ! :)

Great selection of products and staff ! On the downside every single time I have gone (at least 10) they are sold out of at least 1 of the concentrates I came to get. Sometimes it’s even when I saw them on the menu the night before and showed up first thing to get them. I understand it’s difficult to keep up with what has run out but updating at night would solve the problem of coming in and them not having a lot of concentrates listed on the menu, especially when there are specific deals every day.

I love this dispensary mainly for its concentrate deals they do every week like 30% off on top of $25 off of $100 and other things like that. They also always have tons of MPX and friendly budtenders :) definitely my go to for concentrates.
