I had an issue with a defective product. Everyone was very nice about it and replaced the product without a fuss. I work customer service and know how annoying it can be when someone comes in with a problem, especially when it's a problem with a product you don't have quality control over. And every time I come in everyone is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the staff at the OFallon location.
