I’ve been to dozens of LA dispensaries and most of the well known west la dispensaries: erba, euphoric, coastal, happy leaf. I’ve also worked in the service industry. Never have I had such a bad experience than at the Farmacy. The specific edibles (Kanha watermelon hybrid 100mg gummies) I wanted were listed on weedmaps, yet when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have them. When I asked if they had any other hybrid edibles, the woman helping me threw a package in front of me and told me “just get these” When I pointed out that these were indica and not 100mg, she interrupted me and asked me if I wanted the product or not. I was puzzled because usually a bud tender helps you with the product that you are handing them money for? I asked again if they had any other options and she told me that’s all they had, yet 3 feet behind her was an ENTIRE WALL of other edibles. After another minute of her not giving me an answer about other options, I just left. How does this place survive?

Great first time deal, efficient pickup, clean and organized dispensary, and friendly service. A+

They were having an event so I understand that things were hectic but: No one checked my ID at the door (illegal under CA law) I stood waiting for my pickup order (that I could see sitting on the shelf) for over 25 minutes because the associate was having a conversation with a customer. I understood the situation, but when I tried asking twice to see if someone else could help me just pay for my already fulfilled order, I was just redirected to other idle associates who told me to wait. When I finally received my purchase and opened it in the car (2 100mg kanha hybrid edibles), I realized both were months past the “best by” date. I never leave bad reviews. This dispensary is clean and well stocked, but the customer experience was terrible. Also, I’m not a covid alarmist, but it’s kind of pointless to have your employees wear masks if they are going to wear them around their necks?. No reason to ever go back on multiple levels.
