Had a very physically laborious week at work. Went in on my day off for an indica to take the edge off how sore my body is. Got a 1g preroll of wedding pie. Currently, happily couch locked in a pile of blankets, cuddling my dog. Thank you for the relief and knowledgeable customer service. Happy to have a location where I can go in; having misplaced my Med card, and still get product on the rec side that I know I can rely on, and at prices that are still competitive, even when I’m buying rec.

I went in for an order I placed online only to find they do not accept online orders. I now have a perpetual pending order lol. Page needs to be modified to either remove the option for online orders, or a disclaimer needs to be added to alert customers that the option is there as an error. This is the only place still open when I get out of work. Feeling reluctant about even leaving a review as it seems negative reviews get passive aggressive responses which seems pretty immature for what I thought was a professional business, but my hope is that someone with more authority over how business is conducted will see this and update the page. I’ve enjoyed being a customer, some of the most competitive pricing on concentrates that I’ve seen and I’m so grateful the hours work with my schedule!!

I’m new to online ordering. I had previously been ordering from a different dispensary and had a negative experience; both in quality of product and customer service, that left me skeptical of online ordering. Ordering from FOG restored my confidence. I am a medical patient with no drivers license. Having delivery options means I am trying new places without having visited their location or tried their product, so it always feels like bit of a gamble. Ordering from FOG was like hitting the jackboot on your last spin after a long losing streak. lol. The quality, the price, the customer service are all excellent. TIP THEIR DRIVERS.
