I wanted to offer a new review as recent visits have been pleasant and helpful…This is closest storefront near me. Its always a good spot, inventory is usually good and prices are comparable to most other places. The Btenders are very good and knowledgeable. You get as much service as you require, therefore sometimes the line can get long and a little slow as each customer is getting their due time. I would definitely recommend using their online ordering if possible, otherwise just give yourself a few extra minutes.

I purchased a few items and didn't open anything until the next day. When I opened one of the items, there was some damage and it wasn't going to be usable. I made a call to HRD, I sent them pic, and they had a new one in my hand in less than 1 hour. THAT'S great customer service. Businesses should never be judged by mistakes or unfortunate occurrences. But by the way they handle it. This is a well run service and I will repeat.
