They do not allow any refund or exchange on any product even if it's faulty or they sold you the wrong item. Very aggressive and rude, the pkg weed I bought was almost 1 yr old, overpriced, tasteless, and harsh. And they will tell you anything just to make a sale . Avoid at all cost !!
