Made an online order twice and twice the system cancelled it. Obviously something was wrong. Made a quick call and got Jasmine on the line and she quickly remedied the situation. She also made a quick call back because they were out of one item on my big order. Jasmine had recommendations ready for me that were comparable. The order was processed, packed, and I was able to run in and out which was key because I was on my way to an event and of that hadn't been ready to go I would have been late. I hate being late.
