I had a gripe. Management handled business like true professionals after I acted like kind of an idiot. Quality service. Quality products.

I just purchased a quarter of Face Off OG by Grassroots during Temescal’s grower meet and greet. I got home, popped the top, and noticed my 8er looked more like a gram. Plopped her in the scale and, sure enough, one g on the nose. I called Temescal and they had me bring my product back to them. After profusely apologizing for what definitely shouldn’t fall on their shoulders they replaced my product. I walked in expecting to have to convince these guys I didn’t steal from them. Instead they treated me like an adult and took my word for it. Turned my already good impression in to a great one. Thanks again, Temescal! P.S. Grassroots...WTF?!?

These guys carry their own product which is a relief. The product in MD so far has been sub-par. The shatter on the menu is nice. Not to much flavor but it packs a punch. The Key Lime smells nice but is missing the taste I’m accustomed to. Still the product is better than anything I’ve personally seen at dispensaries in MD. The environment is nice and the process is fairly quick. Definitely a good experience!

Lines were longish. To be expected when a state launches a mmj program though. The Curio buds were decent. I would love to see California quality cannabis in stock though. The most popular strain GUICE burns a little funky and produces ashes with lots of black spots. I would gladly pay current prices for something comparable to a Jungle Boyz or Cookiessf product. Hopefully this will change with future harvests and as product from other cultivators arrives. The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and inviting. Honestly the biggest let down was the lack of product which has nothing to do with the dispensary themselves. Awesome experience overall. I definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.
