Unable to light/stay lit . Smudges all over when I try to ash it . The other joint I ordered was totally fine with no issues. Company has not reached out to me yet to solve the issue .

One of the joints I bought was unsmokeable, still have yet to hear anything back after contacting them asking for a refund or replacement.

We loved how long it lasted and that it hit so smoothly the whole way through

They brought me a different strain than I ordered, then completely ghosted me when I tried to reach out. Still haven't heard anything back and it's been 24 hrs. Very frustrated.
