Would give a zero star review. I was told by the physician that the paperwork would be filled out and I would receive my card from the state. This is not what happened after a month went by I ended up getting into contact with them and was informed I needed to pay an additional fee of $40 to the state which brought my total to around $200. Then after that I had a 20 day wait time approx. 5 of those from the state and the physician needed 15 days to approve my card. 18 emails 2 months and $200, oh by the way I went with another company and got my card for $100 instantly.
